Spring Well spring has finally arrived and we have seen some good early hatches of Mayfly already. The Rainbows in particular are looking up and are feeding from the top . I had the pleasure of taking fishing and hunting writer Greg Morton on Sunday. He managed to land 12 nice trout with a good mix of browns and rainbows . See photos of 2 nice rainbows he landed. 

We still have lots of great days available throughout spring and summer so please contact us if you would like to introduce yourself to some of the local Kiwi browns and rainbows.

 Winter  After many bed time stories and promises of a drift fishing trip in the raft with dad I finally took my two oldest kids Maggie (5) and James (3) .

The Clutha was running low and clear and there were lots of fish spotted and a few unlucky ones caught and released.

Our next trip I'm told is going to be a camp out. Roll on summer!!
